After the office closes

Availability, payment, agreement, access instructions, invoice, and operator record stay connected in one customer journey.

Canadian PAD gives tenants a bank-payment option. Normal bank-payment processing fees still apply.

Online rental works alongside phone and in-person service. It does not replace either.

The hosted rental page, tenant account, FSS-sent emails, invoices, and receipts use the facility’s identity as the primary customer-facing brand.
